Instructions to growers to submit the online application for availing the subsidy
1. For the coffee growers who have already availed a subsidy from the Coffee Board: to apply
for the Coffee Board Subsidy again, search for your Grower ID by selecting the following:
- Search by Grower ID
- Search by Mobile Number
- Search by Name
- Search by Address
If your details displayed in the Coffee Board’s Subsidy portal, then, click on ‘Edit’ button.
2. To edit your grower details by clicking Edit, which will take you to the
Edit Grower details page. Here, your Grower ID will be displayed in a non-editable text field.
Enter your Unique Identification Number and Mobile Number, after which an OTP will be sent via
SMS to the provided mobile number. Enter this OTP and click the Update button. A confirmation popup
will appear with the message: “Updated successfully! Please log in to the Subsidy Portal. Your Grower ID is:
(XXXXXXXX). Create a password using the Forgot Password option.” You will then be automatically redirected to
the Online Subsidy System Login page.
3. To reset your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. You will be
redirected to the Forgot Password page, where you must enter your Grower ID and click
Send OTP. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP, then enter a
New Password and Confirm New Password. Additionally, enter the displayed CAPTCHA and click
Change to finalize the password update. After the password update, you will be redirected back to the login
page. Kindly note the Login ID (Grower ID) and Password for future reference.
4. To log in to the Subsidy Portal, enter your Grower ID and Password (created by the
grower) on the Online Subsidy System Login page, then click Send OTP button. You will receive an OTP
via SMS on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP along with the displayed CAPTCHA, then click the
Arrow Icon (→) to complete the login process.
5. If the grower’s details do not exist in the system, they must register by clicking the
"Register" button and providing the required details, including the applicant type,
main applicant details, and property details.
6. If the grower has more than one property, they can add additional property details by clicking the
"Add" button in the Property Details tab. Next, they must enter their bank details and upload
the necessary documents in .pdf format (each file must be less than 2 MB). After completing these
steps, the grower should check the declaration checkbox and click the "Register" button to submit
their application. Upon successful registration, the system will display the Grower ID on the same page,
which will be used for future logins to the Online Subsidy System. The submitted application will be
verified by the Coffee Board Extension Officers, and Extension Officer will approve the application if
all the information provided by the grower is correct.
7. After the grower's registration is approved by the Coffee Board extension officers, login
credentials will be sent to the registered mobile number. Upon first login, the grower must
change their password mandatorily.
8. Then Grower has to log in to the Online Subsidy System and submit the application under
the ‘Apply New’ tab by selecting the desired activity/component.
9. Subsidy seniority list is based on the date of the successful submission of the subsidy
application, not the registration date. Those who availed the same component in the past 10 years are
not eligible again for the same component in the current financial year.
10. All information entered must match the supporting documents submitted to the extension
officers. Any mismatch will lead to rejection of the application.
